Um HELL NO. Transparency is so important if you are in a serious relationship. Lying if you're surprising your partner is all cool but lying cause "if I told you, you'd be angry" is so backfiring cause guess what I'm angrier now bro. And hiding the truth is ALSO lying, just sayin
